To create an email template in Outlook, go to the Home tab, click on New Email, compose your email, and then save it as a template by selecting Save As and choosing Outlook Template.
After composing your email, click File > Save As, and choose Outlook Template (*.oft) from the Save as type dropdown menu. Name your template and save it for future use.
To use a saved email template, go to Home > New Items > More Items > Choose Form, then select User Templates in File System, and choose the template you want to use.
